If you want your money back within 14 days of buying, you get all of it.

How to ask

Reply to your Stripe receipt and say you want a refund. The receipt went to the email you paid with, so replying from it is all the proof we need. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

What is covered

• Any plan, within 14 days of the purchase date, for the full amount, with nothing deducted.
• Monthly Core: the same 14 days, counted from the first payment.

After 14 days

A subscription is not refunded part way through a term. Cancel instead, by replying to your receipt. The plan runs to the end of the term you paid for and does not renew. Everything you downloaded keeps working after that, with no time limit.

What a refund means for your library

A refunded key stops activating Macs and stops receiving updates. Nothing you downloaded is taken away.
